Originally we produced manual quotes and the process was long, drawn-out, tiresome, inaccurate and invariably late with clients complaining.

Eventually we moved into computerised quoting; however, we did have to move around with several software suppliers who did not provide the kind of end-product we required.

Even with a computer system we faced many problems and challenges. We had too much paper. Not enough info. No support. Disgruntled customers. Not enough management info. We lost opportunities every week. We could not get a list active tickets. It took 20 minutes plus to produce a quote. Customers lost interest in our service. The list goes on.

With e-nGauge we have now become slick not only producing quotes within minutes for our very active sales staff but also for phone-in requests and clients who very often call in to our offices. We also have financial and other company information on hand to view immediatelly when necessary.

We have been using e-nGuage for several years now. We gradually improved our skills in e-nGuage, utilising more and more of the features that became available to us with their continual upgrades and on-hand service.

We are now able to produce up to 75 quotes a day. In this part of the world many of our clients call in for quotes and we can service them within 5 – 10 minutes. Orders are mostly placed immediately or clients go away happy with the quick response from us. We are able to schedule production more efficiently. Our quote volume has increased significantly and hence our production, with higher income.
